This law states that in the point system every time you break the law or do something wrong while driving, you are given points on your license. When you get enough points, you have your license suspended for a certain number of days. It can be suspended for as little as 10 days, but once you have 20 points and it's suspended for 90 days, every 5 points means another 30 days suspended.
I think that this is a reasonable law and a good idea. This way, the person is given a warning almost and they can correct themselves once they get their license back, but if they continue to be on bad behavior it'll only be suspended longer taking dangerous drivers off the road.
